I’ve tried all the Knife and Fork breads. The focaccia is the best! It’s delicious, light and flavourful. I’ve bought it again and will do regularly.

I absolutely love this bread. I order different breads each time but I’ve included this one in every order. I keep it in the freezer and take out a slice or two every morning. I like it toasted, it makes brilliant avocado toast. Having to be gluten free, I’d missed real bread more than anything. Sorry but supermarket glutenfree bread is sadly lacking in flavour and texture but chock full of chemicals. Having read Dr Chris van Tulleken’s book on the dangers of ultra processed foods, I’d given it up completely. I was delighted when I found this bread, real bread that’s additive free. I’ve reordered several times and now keep the top shelf in my freezer for bread. I never want to be without it.
